• Dubai   :           City tour of Dubai.  Choice to go on the adventurous Desert Safari tour or on the lovely.  Dhow-cruise.         

ACCOMMODATION

• 3 nights at Hotel Highlands or similar in Dubai.

MEALS

• Daily American breakfast.
• 3 Indian Jain/vegetarian/non-vegetarian dinners.

IMPORTANT

• The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 15 full-paying passengers travelling together. In the event that the group size is less than 15 passengers you will be given an option of travelling on FIT basis, by paying an additional supplement.
• The tour will be conducted in seat-in-coach basis and there may be a few changes in the itinerary for group strength of 2-14 adults.
• The services of a Thomas Cook tour manager will be provided with a group of minimum 15 full-paying adults. Our local representatives will be there to assist you in case the above requirement is not fulfilled.
• When the tour has less than 15 adults and is operated on a seat-in-coach basis, there will be instances where the drivers act as guides as well.

ITINERARY
Day | 1
Welcome aboard Thomas Cook's exciting and comprehensive tour to Dubai! A shopper’s paradise.
“Marhaba”- Welcome to Dubai. On arrival, proceed directly to your very conveniently located hotel in Dubai on your own. (Please reconfirm with your travel agent for exact timings and details about your tour, hotels and meeting place with the Tour Manager).
Rest of the day is free to shop in this shopper’s paradise. Tonight, enjoy a sumptuous Indian dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at Hotel Highlands or similar, in Dubai.

Day | 2
City tour of Dubai. Enjoy the famous Dhow cruise along the famous Dubai creek with dinner OR go for the mystical Desert Safari.
Enjoy an American breakfast at the hotel and then proceed on a city tour of Dubai where you will see the famous Burj Al Arab Hotel - a 321 metre high masterpiece of
architecture, the famous Gold Souk and much more. Later, you have a choice to either opt for the Dhow cruise with dinner - a wooden liner that takes you sightseeing along the famous Dubai Creek and offers an intriguingly different view of this amazing city; treat yourself to a sumptuous dinner on board the cruise.
OR you can go for the mystical Desert Safari tour with dinner, where skilled drivers take you driving in a private four wheel drive vehicles through huge golden
sand dunes up and down - experience the most thrilling and fulfilling ride of your life. Also enjoy belly dancing in a desert camp.

Day | 3
Today, you can shop to your hearts content at the many shopping malls, most of them walking distance from your hotel. Enjoy an American Breakfast at your hotel. Today, the whole day is free for you to shop to your hearts content in Dubai - the shopper’s paradise; the Gold Souk area for gold, the City Centre Mall, Lamcy Plaza or Meena Bazar just a short walk from your conveniently located hotel. Or you can relax in the comforts of your hotel. Tonight enjoy a delicious Indian dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at Hotel Highlands or similar, in Dubai.

Day | 4
Fly back home with wonderful memories of your tour. Today, enjoy an American Breakfast at your hotel. Later today, proceed to the airport (on your own) for your flight back home. Arrive home with pleasant memories of your tour, which we are sure you will treasure for a lifetime.

• Validity : October 1, 2009 - March 31, 2010
• Visa Requirements :
• Single entry Dubai visa
• Meals at all the destinations are pre-set and a-la- carte is not possible. American Breakfasts will be served throughout the tour.
• Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during the stay shall be payable by the passengers. Thomas Cook will not be liable for the same.
• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary.
• For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However all services will remain the same
• The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
• The Company reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the client before departure.
• Due to Trade Fairs and conventions in the cities, it is possible that the hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city. The same will be informed in advance.
• There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
• The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
• Due to operational reasons lunches are omitted.
• Standard check-in time for the hotels are 1400hrs while check-out is at 1200hrs.
• The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.
• Tours operated subject to RBI/GOI regulations. Part of the Tour cost will be paid in USD out of the BTQ.

• Cost Exclusions :
• Rs.2,500/- the cost of deviation, in case you want to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure.
• The tour cost does not include POE charges, porterage and passport charges.
• Cost of Basic Travel Quota equivalent to USD 10,000.
• Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.
• The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate of exchange changes substantially prior to departure.
• Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menus provided by us.
• Tips to hotel waiters, drivers, etc.
• Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.
• Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passenger other than those included in the ‘What your Tour Price Includes’ box are to be paid for extra.
